Mr. Scott received a degree in Finance & Economics from
the University of Wisconsin in 1985. Mr. Scott’s background includes
experience in transportation, and in state, Federal, and county reporting
and requirements along with ADA compliance. His specialty in this area is
the electronic control and support of transportation services.
For more than fifteen years, Mr. Scott operated and ran various for profit
and not-for-profit transportation operations in the Midwest, and worked with
Federal, State, and local organizations to deliver transportation to a
variety of contracts with various modes of competitive bid projects. To fill
a specialized need in the field of adult transportation, Mr. Scott designed
a para-transit software to support demand-response, taxicab, and brokerage
transportation. This software package linked to in-vehicle GPS units that
allowed dispatchers to assign trips to vehicles while they were in-route,
and to predict trip coordination.
